Non-US citizens and

non-permanent residents

In order to qualify for TASFA you must:

​​

  • Graduate from a TX high school or receive your TX GED,

  • live in Texas at least 36 consecutive months prior to graduating from high school or receiving your GED,

  • and live in Texas the 12 consecutive months prior to the start of the semester for which you are applying for.
